On Monday I got to travel to my hometown of Grand Rapids and photograph a family that is very dear to me at Ah-Nab-Awen Park. I met Chad and Ruth in college. Chad and I took many classes together, and I still remember the day he told me that they were expecting their first child. The "I'm going to be a dad" glow was all over his face. Their family has since grown to five. Chad's mother flew in from out of state to spend the week and we were able to capture some photographs with her as well. We had such a rambunctious time with the boys! Here are some of my favorites:
The boys were so full of energy! I got a lot of funny faces...
I got a few normal ones...
Then the silliness couldn't be contained!
